My first royalty cheque:)

What a day I have had today! First I casually check Createspace to see if I have sold any paperbacks lately. Usually I am lucky to see 1 or 2 sales - not usually more than half a dozen in a month. But today there was 14! I nearly fell over and had to look again to make sure I was looking in the right place. 14 paperback sales this month already - and all were expanded distribution so it has already paid for itself.

Then I get my first royalty cheque from createspace - $22.55!!!! Ok, so it isn't a lot of money but it is for the first 11 paperback copies I sold and doesn't include January sales. I am still waiting for my first cheque for Kindle sales - I can't wait, so excited!!!!!
